Love the property but not the rent increases. |Recommended: YesI would tell them that I love living at the property but I would tell them how unhappy I am about high rent increases. My rent went up significantly after only one year of living at the property. After several years of living in apartment communities in the Raleigh area, my rent never increased over 100 per month. I was also not given the option for valet trash which I feel is a nice luxury but not worth the extra money and not a necessity. I think it should be an option. The property is great. I love the grounds and natural areas. The staff is great but I'm afraid that I may not be able to remain there another year if my rent goes up again. It will not be affordable for me. I would definitely recommend the property but only for short term due to that.

Friendly management and neighbors. Overall nice place to live.|Recommended: YesThe management is very friendly, and always willing to help any way possible. The other people living in the community are typically very friendly. The properties are well maintained and grounds are well taken care of. Overall, nice place to live and worth it.

Close to everything|Recommended: YesLove the apt complex because it close to everything in Wake Forest the only complaint that I have is the geese poop all over the walking trail but other then that it a good place to live.
